The client is a committed team of pediatric dentists and orthodontists for children and adults with 5 clinics in Athens and Naxos/ Santorini. 

Our team took up the project to help the business with online advertising and website conversion optimisation so that more people in all different locations would contact the business.

âš¡ Scale up the existing clinics by attracting new patients in 3 different Athenian areas.
âš¡ Low brand awareness to particular Athenian areas.
âš¡ Website tracking was missing behaviour data. This means we could only see basic metrics such as the number of visitors or which pages they visited etc. However, we could not see whether they scrolled through the pages, where they clicked, or at which fields of the form they abandoned the process.

Results

Operating in the healthcare vertical made this client case particularly challenging due to the strict advertising restrictions surrounding the industry. However:

🪙 Contacts during the first 6 months increased by +25%.
🪙 Website users were increased by +358% compared to the previous year (61% of the total traffic was directly from our  campaigns).
🪙 Direct traffic by +177% compared to the previous year, as a side effect from our campaigns.
🪙 The organic traffic was increased by +1.300% compared to the previous year. This was a side effect of our campaigns and the increase of their brand awareness.
🪙  70% Impression share, which means that 7 times out of 10, when users were searching for the client’s services our ads were showing. 
🪙 We reached over 200K users in areas close to the clinics
🪙 We generated over 16.8K engagements on social, which increased their brand awareness and brand familiarity.

âš¡ Website audit to fix tracking, added missing action buttons so that users could easily contact the clinics from all devices and implemented additional tracking to track communications towards the clinics.
âš¡ We added a sticky phone icon on the website, from which users could contact the clinic of their area with literally 2 clicks.
⚡ We captured user intention to identify how users search for the clinics’ services with our keyword research tool.
âš¡ We identified local audiences in Meta implementing radius targeting, having the clinics as reference points. The main goal was to have users engage with the brand and become more familiar with it.
âš¡ We implemented A/B testing on Meta ads and Google search to see what kind of communication approach works best.
âš¡ Monthly Content Calendar, where we created posts every month that we advertised to increase brand engagement and familiarity.
